Water Resources Agency, Institute for Public Administration, University of Delaware

The UDWRA is a unit of the Institute for Public Administration (IPA), within the College of Human Services, Education, and Public Policy (CHEP) at the University of Delaware.

Our mission is to provide technical assistance for water resources and watershed policy and to governments in Delaware and the Delaware Valley through the University's public service, education, and research role. Our program is funded by four governments - the State of Delaware, New Castle County, City of Newark, and City of Wilmington along with grants from public and private sources. Should you wish to obtain information on droughts, floods, water quality and/or watershed management, please feel free to consult the web site or contact our staff.
